Derek Branton, Principal

Derek Branton returns as principal at Westwood Elementary School. He is passionate about the year ahead with the Westwood Wildcats!

Branton is impressed with the positive energy at the school and the professional experience demonstrated by its leadership. Along with his staff, he is ready to prepare students to achieve more each day than they did the day before. He understands that with high expectations come big results.

Branton values education as the means to change the future. He trusts that Westwood's greatest level of achievement will be accomplished through a shared vision and partnership of school, family and community.
